This week we learned all about Egyptian houses and what they were made from. They use mud stones. These were made by stacking bricks of mud on top of one another after being dried out in the heat! We then labelled an Egyptian home diagram!
This week we also went on a trip to the museum. We learned some fascinating things! We seen a replica of a mummies coffin. We also had a workshops and in the work shop we lear ed about mummification! We got to old ancient Egyptian charms. We had to be very careful with these as they are years old.


Here is an ancient Egyptian piece of jewellery that Aidan made for homework:


It was Robert Burns night on Wednesday. We designed our own Scottish Kilts and talked about different ways of celebrating Burns night!
